This page provides information about registration.

Onsite registration (standard / non-HCP) includes participation to all scientific sessions, catering during the coffee breaks and lunches, networking events on Monday afternoon, the gala dinner on Monday evening, the participant bag, access to the conference app, and of course stimulating time with the Computing in Cardiology community. A coffee break (coffee, tea, water, pastry) is included on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch (including vegan options) is included on Monday (box lunch), Tuesday and Wednesday.

Onsite registration (HCP — Health Care Professionals) includes participation to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches (same as above), the participant bag, and access to the conference app. Social events (Monday afternoon networking and the gala dinner on Monday evening) are not included in the standard HCP fee but can be added separately.

Each person who will attend CinC must register as a participant one time, even if you will present more than one submission. The cost of attending the conference is the same regardless of whether you are presenting or not.

NEW: Starting this year and for practical reasons, all presenters will be required to register at least two weeks before the Sunday Symposium. Failure to comply with this rule will result in withdrawal from the program, and the corresponding paper will not be published. In case of any difficulties, please contact program@cinc.org.
